The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive our growth in France and EMEA. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and act as a trusted advisor to clients exploring modern data observability.Key Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Account Executive, your missions will include:
Proactively sourcing new prospects for the Company, including scheduling training sessions and discovery calls with potential clients;
Identifying, qualifying, and driving a high-quality pipeline for Sifflet’s full Data Observability platform;
Building long-term, trusted relationships, leveraging a consultative sales approach;
Responding to client or prospect requests for information, pricing, or proposals, and managing discussions from initial contact through to onboarding, with support from Sales Engineering;
Working closely with Management to define and evolve the Company’s sales pipeline;
Helping current and prospective clients understand Sifflet’s value proposition through product deep dives, tailored demonstrations, roadmap walkthroughs, etc.;
Collecting and relaying feedback to Product and Engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement and innovation;
Collaborating with Sales Engineering and GTM teams to provide the best possible support to clients and prospects;
Developing and maintaining a qualified pipeline at 3x–5x coverage to meet and exceed quota;
Taking full ownership for meeting or surpassing sales quota on a regular basis.
What we’re looking for
3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in data, analytics, or enterprise software;
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets;
Strong communication and negotiation skills (in both French & English);
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles;
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the data/AI ecosystem (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, etc.);
Experience selling to Enterprise customers in EMEA;
Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
