AZmed is a leading AI healthcare company, already trusted by 2,500 providers across 55 countries. We are a passionate, hardworking team seeking a like-minded Key Account Manager to accelerate our global growth.
Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, Customer Success, and the Business Team, you will manage high-value accounts and expand Rayvolve into new regions. Your role is pivotal: executing sales strategies to increase market share and solidifying AZmed’s leadership in the medical AI industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and expand key accounts across (UK, India, Nordics, MEA) while mastering and optimizing internal account management processes.
Design and execute customer success strategies to hit ARR targets through direct sales and reseller networks.
Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors worldwide.
Scale this Business Unit to establish it as a cornerstone of the company’s global operations.
Work closely with the Head of Business to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, QA/RA/CA, and product teams to synchronize strategies and support overall company goals.
Represent AZmed at global medical imaging events, congresses, and conferences to secure strategic deals and expand the company’s global presence.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and enhance product-market fit.
Required skills
Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience within the health tech industry, with a solid track record in selling software to healthcare providers and distributors.
Medical Imaging Knowledge: Experience in sales within the medical imaging market is a significant plus.
Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to recruit, lead, and manage sales and account managers teams.
Language Proficiency: Native or fluent English speaker. Proficiency in additional languages would be an asset (including French, Arabic, Hindi, or Nordic languages).
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence and close deals with a diverse range of clients.
Autonomous and Collaborative: Capable of working independently while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.
Results-driven: A passion for exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company’s overall success.
