You will be welcomed in the WeHealth Digital Factory team, and be part of the project management group, a dynamic and growing team to pilot e-health solutions dedicated to our patients and healthcare professionals.

YOUR MISSIONS:

You like challenges, you are dynamic and result-driven to coordinate a team of multidisciplinary experts mobilized to ensure the achievement of project(s) you are responsible for.

You will manage several projects from product development to international deployment, to support business needs

• • Define the product roadmap in alignment with the group’s strategy
  • Plan, organize, manage and mobilize internal/external resources
  • Coordinate the different stakeholders with cross-functional departments
  • Lead the problem-solving process and ensure team responsiveness
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Assess and manage risks
  • Ensure communication around projects

You will evaluate projects through a multidisciplinary framework (technical, scientific, medical, regulatory, financial...) in collaboration with internal departments or external parties if necessary

• • Contribute to strategic analyses, due diligence, internal committees...
  • Co-develop with partners and participate in contract negotiations
  • Implement product and regulatory strategy
  • Implement the product development plan
  • Contribute to define and propagate the deployment strategy

You will actively participate in the processes in place related to performance (demand management, lean portfolio review)

• • Identify and follow the project value according to the group’s ambition
  • Validate milestones
  • Assess and manage risks
  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, medical communication, patient affairs, regulatory affairs, cybersecurity, data privacy, legal, quality...

Description du profil :

QUALIFICATIONS

PhD, MD, PharmD or Master degree in life sciences (biology, bioinformatics, biological engineering…)

HARD SKILL / EXPERTISE

To join our team, at least 3 years of experience in e-health project management is essential. Ideally, you have already developed marketed medical devices for patients and/or healthcare professionals
and you are project manager/product owner certified (PMI, Scrum, SAFe…)
