We are looking for a Business Builder, not just a partnership administrator. Your mission is to execute a high-impact strategy: shifting from broad coverage to deep, strategic value creation with the top MSSPs, GSIs, and Technology Partners across EMEA.
Identify and recruit the top MSSPs in key regions (DACH, UK, Nordics, Iberia) who act as the “Trusted Advisors” for their markets.
Drive migration programs to displace legacy US SIEMs (Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) by leveraging our margin-friendly, predictable pricing, European R&D and technically superior platform.
Enable partners to build their own branded MDR/SOC services powered by Sekoia.io, ensuring speed-to-revenue.
Build strategic relationships with major GSIs and Telcos handling Public Sector, Defense, and Critical Infrastructure (CNI) contracts.
Position Sekoia.io as the mandatory “Sovereign Alternative” for classified or sensitive projects where data residency and non-US jurisdiction are deal-breakers.
Navigate complex, long-cycle organizations to embed Sekoia into their reference architectures.
Move beyond simple integrations: create operational commercial bundles with our Technology Alliance partners (Endpoint, OT/IoT, Network Security).
Champion the “Sovereign Stack” approach (e.g., Sekoia + European EDRs) to win “Best of Breed” tenders against closed-garden ecosystems.
Drive co-sell motions where Sekoia is sold with our ecosystem partners to increase win rates.
📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote in Europe. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.

Experience: You have 10+ years in Cybersecurity Alliances and Channel Sales across EMEA. You have a proven track record of managing high-level relationships with GSIs (e.g., Thales, Accenture, Atos) and large MSSPs internationally.
The “Hunter-Gatherer” Mindset: You don’t just manage existing portals. You know how to identify a target, map the stakeholders, and close the partnership agreement that leads to revenue. Then you know how to organize and follow-up related go-to-market across multiple territories and related teams.
Regional Network: You bring an existing network in key EMEA markets. Experience in the USA , DACH region (Germany) or UK market is a must.
Strategic Vision: You understand the difference between selling a license and selling a “Managed Service” business model. You can speak “Margin,” “TCO” and “Sovereignty” fluently
Languages: Fluent English is mandatory. German or French is a strong plus.
