This position is opened within Schneider Digital's Intelligent Edge organization.The team support the transformation of our Edge architectures in close collaboration with Schneider's lines of business. Our goal is to provide the Intelligent Edge software platform: the "IE platform": EdgeOS, ThingsOS and Edge System Management; in order to:• Accelerate the firmware development of our new products• Bring more flexibility on products and create new business opportunities at the Edge level• Connect, manage, deploy and optimize our devices from a central system (deployed locally or in the Cloud)Your role :We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner for a challenging, disrupting and exposed project. Based on the concepts of software-defined and digital transformation, this project is aimed to accompany the transformation of some of our best offers. The Product Owner will have to interact with multiple stakeholders and several organizations and bring clarity and consistency in the requirements.Product Owners represent the voice of the customer and act to communicate the right product vision within the team while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders (customers / sales / factories / internal sponsors). You will have the opportunity to collaborate with many specialists and leaders in the company contributing to the success of one of our most critical projects.Your main responsibilities :• Collaborate with experts and leaders of Industrial Automation and Energy Management Business in collaboration with the system architect to confirm the value propositions, the use cases and requirements.• Create and maintain the backlog with well-defined user stories and priorities.• Organize the backlog preparation sessions with the architects, the Scrum Master and the engineering team.• Support the Scrum Master and the engineering team in estimation and planning activities.• Work closely with the product managers, product owners and the architects of the "IE platform", to ensure that our solutions meet the functionality, performance and scalability needs of the "IE platform", existing applications and our customers.• Demonstrate excellent leadership and negotiation skills by bringing together all stakeholders to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions with the right compromisesYour profile :• Master's Degree or Engineer in in computer science, embedded software or system engineering. + 10 years of experience in embedded systems with concrete experience as Product Owner• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within complex organizations• Proven experience on embedded systems• Excellent writing skills• English language proficiency requiredWe know skills and competencies show up in many ways and can be based on your life experience.
