SLB is seeking an apprentice to work with the HR team in Paris HQ. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment while supporting various aspects of HR as well as projects at a global level with our HR HQ team.

Apprenticeship is based in Paris (75007) and Clamart (92140), the mission duration can be for 1 or 2 years depending on the profile.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide day-to-day support to the Division HR team in SLB Headquarters (Paris)

· Assist in the preparation and updating of regular HR reports

· Contribute to ongoing HR projects in collaboration with the Division HR team

· Work closely with various stakeholders within the HR department

REQUIREMENTS

· M1 or M2 in Human Resources, or Business School with HR Specialization

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Autonomy / Self time management skills

· Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

· Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (non-French Speakers in the team)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience (internship – apprenticeship) in HR appreciated

· Proficiency in Microsoft Tools
