The impact you will make:
It’s a job creation to complete the existing team. You are “the face” of RTB House. As a first point of contact with candidates you create a positive image of the company to attract the best talents in the market.

You are reporting to the Country Manager and you work closely with the hiring managers in France.

You will work on:

  • Lead the design and delivery of our talent acquisition initiatives that align with business objectives;
  • Identify the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media, etc.) to fit the profile needed;
  • Proactively network and market job opportunities to build pipelines of qualified candidates and sell the advantages of working for RTB House;
  • Develop a trusted relationship with the business and become a business partner to the team in order to deliver a best in class hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers;
  • Create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches;
  • Grow and enhance our employer brand in France by partnering with our marketing team and local managers;
  • Act as an RTB House Ambassador; build and maintain a strong relationship with potential candidates, represent RTB House in external events.

Profil recherché

Who we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience focused on direct talent sourcing and recruitment experience;
  • Excellent networking and communication skills;
  • Proactive and can-do attitude;
  • Proven knowledge of hiring methodologies and candidates evaluation;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  • Fluency in English and French.

Main objectives:

  • Within 1 month since hire: Completing of onboarding program
  • Within 6 months since hire: Full autonomy in the recruitment process. You work closely with hiring managers. You successfully recruited first profiles
  • Within 9 months since hire: You work on several requisitions and on the employer branding activities
  • Within 1 year since hire: You are an expert in the role and you proactively propose new ideas to improve the process and pipelines of candidates
