Reverso is currently searching for a Product Owner -technical to support the growth of the company.
As part of Reverso’s Product team, you will be playing a central role in the development of our innovative and user-centric language products usine Deep Learning and NLP.

You will work on different products, including Reverso Documents, new systems to improve pronunciation, integration of products and bring the solutions to the next level, helping the 80 million users communicate more efficiently and precisely in all languages.

You will be carrying the following tasks :

Strategy :

• Build the product roadmap in accordance with Reverso’s global strategy
• Define milestones and prioritization with business stakeholders
• Ensure our product and solutions are optimal through uses feedback, the study of state of the art solutions and the analysis of competitive products
• Manage internal communication to explicit the product goal and to give visibility on the product roadmap

Execution :
-Own functional specifications and collaborate with the development team to elaborate new features

• Prioritize product backlog, ensure product backlog is transparent and understood
• Organize sprint plannings with the software development team and prioritize ongoing sprints
• Participate in technical robustification, optimization and definition of test strategies

Change management :

• Organize internal users/stakeholders trainings
• Write and maintain user documentation for new features
• Use proper methodologies to improve collaboration between teams

Profile of the candidate :

• Master ‘s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, a Master PIC will be highly appreciated
• Minimum 2-3 experience as Product Owner in a data environment
• Coding experience preferred (Python, Java appreciated, C++ and C# is a plus)
• English/ French : fluent, a third language will be appreciated
• Management project skills and agile methodologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Initiative and strong problem-solving capability
