Descriptif du poste

To accelerate the deployment of Resilience’s remote patient care solution in oncology, we are growing our Implementation team. You are part of the Customer Operations team, in charge of delivering the products to their users and maximizing value created. Our clients are health providers, and our main users are nurses specialized in oncology.

As Implementation manager, your role will be to :

  • Be in charge of end-to-end deployment projects - from the kick-off meeting to complete adoption

  • Lead change management within our health providers clients: become an expert on healthcare organizations, train our users and recommend the best care pathways to monitor patients in each context

  • Ensure efficient internal collaboration: with the sales team to onboard new signed clients, with the tech teams regarding IT integration and product feedback, with the customer care team regarding long-term client follow-up.

Profil recherché

  • You are organized, rigorous, with a strong track-record in project management and delivery

  • You love meeting new people, understanding how they work, and will gladly travel across France and nearest countries to meet our users (plan for at least 20% of travel)

  • Autonomous and driven, you are eager to deliver remote monitoring benefits to patients

  • You are able to think outside of the box and find creative solutions to support the rapid prescription of the solution

  • You have a previous experience in the healthcare industry, with good knowledge of healthcare organizations
