BU Operation’s “repair and quality” team is looking for its future intern to support it in all its missions.
🚀 Your missions
Managing repair service providers in an international context ;
Monitoring flows, organizing shipments ;
Analysis of the repair business model, cost monitoring, invoicing management ;
Monitoring lead times ;
Monitoring of KPIs ;
Dealing with anomalies ;
Participation in building strategic relationships with our service providers (preparing steering committees, negotiating rates, new projects) ;
Participation in the deployment of new international repair solutions ;
Participation in the IT automation project for repair processes.

You are currently enrolled in a 5-year higher education program (business school, engineering school or university), ideally with a Supply Chain major. You are fluent in English and have a good command of IT tools (at least a good command of Excel).
You are serious, rigorous, methodical and autonomous, which will enable you to quickly and successfully resolve the various issues you will have to deal with, both internally and externally.
Last but not least, you have the interpersonal skills to integrate into multicultural operational teams and work with our service provider teams.
