The Partnerships Operations Manager plays a key role in ensuring the success of our academic and clinical collaborations. Your mission is to deliver an outstanding experience to our research and clinical partners by managing the operational lifecycle of each collaboration—from set-up, deployment, onboarding to ongoing support. Internal and external communication and coordination are crucial for this role.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional opportunity that combines elements of project management, customer success, and technical coordination. You will be instrumental in translating strategic partnerships into effective, real-world deployments that drive impact, accelerate research, and showcase Raidium’s technology. You will report to the Partnerships Lead.
Project Coordination: Track partnership activities and milestones across teams (product, clinical, engineering), ensuring timely delivery, internal accountability, and seamless execution of joint projects.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed internal documentation on each partnership (technical setup, status, deliverables). Contribute to external reporting needs (e.g. grant reporting, partner-facing summaries).
Partner Onboarding & Deployment: Own the operational rollout of Raidium’s product with new academic and clinical partners. Coordinate installation, configuration, access provisioning, and ensure partners are set up for success. Support partners in aligning data workflows, managing research datasets, and ensuring proper integration, data access, formatting, and compliance as needed.
Operational Excellence: Improve and scale operational processes related to academic and clinical partnerships. Identify and flag blockers, surface partner feedback, and help iterate on internal workflows.
Customer Success Mindset: Ensure partners are deriving clear value from Raidium’s technology. Support adoption and engagement, capture insights on usage and satisfaction, and help drive long-term partner success.
