The main goals are 1/ to build a hiring machine, as being great at hiring is the starting point of becoming a great company, 2/ create a community of talents through nurturing and events.

Our Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) should help us be in a position where we constantly have great people in out talent pool, ready to join us when the right opportunity comes up. It embraces a very proactive vision of recruiting.

You can expect strong collaboration with Jade, currently the only person in our HR team.

💪 Mission & Responsibilities

  1. Deliver the hiring plan.
  2. Scale the hiring process: job opening, targeting & sourcing methods, assessment, closing.
  3. Support the hiring managers with the best recruitment practices, helping them identify and define recruitment needs in the organization.
  4. Contribute to the development of the culture of Qobra, by hiring people who fit with our values.
  5. As the job reports to the CEO, proactively sharing a roadmap and convictions that solve core business issues.
  6. Organize events to develop our long-term hiring pipeline through community (Ex: Tech Meetups where a Qobra Tech Lead would share the projects we're working on in front of dozens of Developers, so they get a sense of what we do, and have Qobra at the back of their mind when the time is appropriate for them to switch jobs.) alongside a nurturing approach.

    🔍 Experience required

    • You have 4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in 20-100 people companies.
    • You already hired 50+ people (sourcing and/or evaluating), and you have a super sharp approach of sourcing.
    • You already hired for Senior & Leadership positions.
    • You are unspecialized in terms of profiles you are hiring, meaning tech and non-tech.

    • Interview with Jade, Talent Manager.
    • Interview with Antoine, CEO.
    • Business case with Jade and Antoine.
    • Co-Founders Interview with Axel & Tanguy.

    Reference calls with also happen, at the end of the process.
