We are looking for a Data Science Consultant with a strong business mindset and high technical proficiency to transform complex data into actionable insights. As a bridge between technical infrastructure and business strategy, you will support our clients in steering their digital performance. As a Senior member of the team, you will manage end-to-end projects and play a key role in mentoring junior profiles.
Lead the full lifecycle of data projects: from initial business requirements gathering to final delivery.
Design and deploy scalable technical approach to answer business questions
Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
Help shape the agency’s data value proposition
Act as the lead data expert during client meetings
Translate complex technical concepts into concrete strategic recommendations for stakeholders.
Leverage your global understanding of digital marketing to challenge and optimize acquisition strategies.
Contribute to improving internal processes and spreading a “data-driven” culture across the agency.
Technical Background
3–5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency or a consulting company
Advanced expertise in SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis.
Strong Experience of the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.
Strong digital marketing culture with hands-on experience handling data from GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, etc.
Soft Skills
Business Sense: Proven ability to understand ROI-focused challenges and business KPIs.
Communication: Highly comfortable in client-facing situations with strong presentation skills.
Autonomy: Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
