Swan is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data team. The current team is led by Romain, our VP data, and consists of 9 members including Data Engineers, Analytic Engineers and Data Analysts.

  • In-Depth Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct complex, deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making for your stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Data Mart Development: Build high-quality, reusable data marts following guidelines defined by our data platform team, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

  • Stakeholder Training & Enablement: Train stakeholders on KPIs and how to interpret the data, empowering them to make data-driven decisions independently.

  • Data Operations & Internal Projects: Lead and contribute to internal data initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, data quality, and best practices across the analytics team (e.g., dashboard lifecycle management, data catalog implementation, process documentation).
