In this role, you’ll be involved in the product strategy from beginning to end. In. particular you own the product roadmaps and you are accountable for the delivery. You’ll participe in plannings, defining and delivering amazing apps in cross collaboration with the founders, the design, operations and developers teams. You will be responsible for shipping new apps or features and tracking their performance.

Responsibilities:

• You work with the founders to define how we grow our products and work cross functionally to set our strategic direction
• You will own and manage product roadmaps, including prioritisation, specifications, estimates & QA
• You prioritize resources and projects to contribute to the growth and the performance
• You can “think big” and also get into details to articulate the execution of a strategy
• You are accountable for quarterly and yearly business objectives, especialy on cost, deadlines and satisfaction
• You will work closely with developers to create word class features
• You will manage an run growth experiments
• You will work closely with designers creating simple, elegant, impactful experiences.
• You will define and analyze user metrics that inform and track the success of product.
• Your goal will be to make pony the best micromobility app in the world, the most efficient management toold and the fastest growing financing platform
• You implement best in class product management practices
• You will report directly to the COO

• You have a true passion for mobile apps
• You have at least 6 years experience in total and at least 3 years of experience in various digital Product Management positions, including working for B2C internet companies
• You are proactive, organized, focused, and can ruthlessly prioritize with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• You can articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to create a path to achieve it
• You are a creative problem solver and are able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions
• You have strong analytical, data, and troubleshooting skills,
• You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling communications in simple, everyday language to deliver a memorable story
• You have the ability to build deep ongoing relationships with stakeholders
