Plum was launched in June 2019 with the ambition of overhauling the kitchen-design market! Our product range has since expanded and we now offer furniture and design solutions for the entire home (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room etc).
Our goal is to create the first interior design platform. A creative brand that inspires its community, guides them in their renovation and design projects, and selects the materials to make them a reality.
After a first round of fundraising, Plum is showing strong growth (several million annual turnover achieved in 2020) and has international ambitions (opening in Germany & the Netherlands in June): our Customer Care team is expanding and we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join us.
As a German speaking Customer Care Specialist at Plum, you will be close to our German Community of clients and take care of them on a daily basis.
Your goal? Support and guide our clients in their project. You will answer their needs from the moment they look for inspiration to the moment they receive their delivery and set-up their arrangement at home. You will offer them the ‘Plum Experience’: a unique & high-end service they will want to tell the whole world about!
You will work hand in hand with a team of 5 Customer Care Specialists.
Staring date: January 2023.
As a true Plum Ambassador, you will manage prospects and clients requests all along their journey. Your objective will be to precisely understand their expectations & reach a high level of satisfaction.
