The HR team at Phenix guarantees the excellence of the employee experience, supports phenicians on a daily basis in their career development and in their well-being at work.

A true pillar of the HR team, you are responsible for supporting the growth of Phenix by consolidating our team, committed and passionate about anti-waste! ♻

We recruit around sixty phenicians per year, throughout France and in 4 European countries (Italy, Belgium, Spain and Portugal) in all businesses (Sales, CSM, Tech, Support functions, etc.).

We want to offer the best candidate experience to anyone who wants to join Phenix. For that we need you! Your missions will be:

• Evaluate the candidates during the screening call and ensure the follow-up of the applications
• Take part in the various interviews, in pairs with the Managers
• Integrate and support new phenicians
• Guarantee a candidate experience reflecting our values ​​of transparency and solidarity, throughout the recruitment process
• Challenge the recruitment process in a logic of continuous improvement
• Participate in the development of our employer brand
• Develop the recruitment of people with disabilities

You will mostly work for the international developement. So the interview will mostly be in english.
