Missions & Responsibilities

• Work in total autonomy on data collection & analysis for our HR Cycle ( Performance, Talent…) to support our Talent Management team
• Contribute to define & create a new standard to upskill our HR Partners – upskilling trainings on data analysis, Trends analysis, Meeting with potential partners…
• Be the Spokesperson of the COE on data’s topics with our stakeholders
• Optimize and implement data processes to better measure recruitment KPIs (track our Power BI dashboard, find new solutions to track new data etc..)
• Contribute to the collection of existing and new data on performance to support our Talent Management team.
• Ensure quality and availability of appropriate reporting and analytics for HR activities
• Audit HR data and identify irregularities on our Workday HRIS.
• Participate in designing or completing reports to support decision-making on Recruitment, Talent Management, EVP and D&I strategies.
• As a true member of the team you will work closely with various internal stakeholders (All COE members in France, the HRBP Community, HRIS teams etc…).

• You are dynamic, enthusiastic and always eager to learn new things.
• You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and analytical thinking.
• You have a particular interest in HR.
• You have a first successful experience as an intern in data analytics (good knowledge of Excel).
• You are organized, rigorous and methodical.
• You are a fast learner and can easily cope with change.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a real plus.
• French is a plus.
