Job Description

What you'll do & learn 📖

We are looking for a Technical Writer to deliver engaging documentation to help partners and end-users acquire a quick and deep understanding of Pelico’s platform.

Your work will involve partnering with product teams to develop engaging content for various channels, directly influencing product adoption and fueling the company's growth. Your expertise in creative technical writing will be pivotal in transforming how Pelico communicates with its users, supports its product ecosystem, and achieves its business goals. Part of the Partners team, your missions will include:

Content development and strategy

• You will shape clear and engaging narratives for Pelico’s products and features, ensuring that our content directly communicates the value and functionality of what we offer to our users.
• You will create and develop straightforward, informative content (including tutorials, videos, and how-to guides) and deliver it across various platforms like knowledge libraries, in-app, internal training university…
• You will represent Pelico to global users through strategic writing highlighting business values at every step.

Collaboration and communication

• You will collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing teams for release ideation, execution, and editorial planning.
• You will engage with Subject Matter Experts (Customer Operations team) for collaborative content creation.
• You will provide creative ideas for organizing and delivering content to ensure user success and increase their Pelico’s functional adoption.

User-centric approach

• You will gain a profound understanding of user needs, enabling you to distill complex features into easily digestible and user-friendly formats.
• You will employ GenAI tools and other advanced technologies to streamline and enhance the efficiency of content creation and delivery efficiency, ensuring that the information is accessible and engaging.
• You will consistently emphasize the business values and operational efficiencies that users can achieve by leveraging Pelico's features, helping them understand and appreciate the tangible benefits of our solutions in their daily operations.

Analytics and Continuous Improvement

• You will closely monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to increase content usage significantly.
• You will help organize and schedule content delivery effectively.
• You must keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in content writing and digital assets.

Hard Skills

• Strong editorial / written technical documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Native English (or equivalent), ideally bilingual French
• Agile working methods in multidisciplinary and international environments (tools: Notion, Linear)
• Technical writing methodology (single sourcing, Content Management Systems)
• Technical writing tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, FrameMaker, GitHub)
• Information architecture
• Experience in B2B SaaS, Data/ETL, and/or Manufacturing is a plus
