What you'll do & learn📖

As a member of the Product Team, you will have to understand the insights given by Product Manager Team in order to design mockups for the engineering development.

• Understand our users issues inside out, break them down and collaborate with our team Product Customer Operations to iterate on what needs to be built
• Work hand-in-hand with engineers and the project manager to develop new functionalities
• Design wireframes and product/workflows mockups
• Cross-collaboration : communicate to validate ideas with others
• Actively contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the design system.
• Translate this into attractive, efficient and pragmatic viable designs for our customers and users
• Demonstrate the ability to generate innovative and exploratory design solutions when confronted with client challenges
• Manage your work autonomously, demonstrate agility, pragmatism and exploration
• Attention to detail is crucial
• Complete proposals with a user-centric approach.

What you embody 🎯

• Strong desire to work in the SAAS industry, thriving in complexity and B2B challenges.
• Previous experience in working on design flows and possessing mid to senior-level design knowledge
• Proficiency in handling complexe B2B products, leading feature development from discovery to delivery
• Mastery of Design Systems
• Profound expertise in tools like Figma Design System
• Effective communication skills, capable of conveying decisions and a unified vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding user needs
• Fluent in French and English
• Portfolio submission required
