Your Missions

  • Build, manage, and scale high-impact strategic partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Services companies.

  • Define and execute joint business plans aligned with Pelico’s revenue targets, industry focus, and go-to-market strategy.

  • Develop Pelico’s presence across hyperscaler marketplaces and partner programs, ensuring strong visibility within manufacturing and supply chain ecosystems.

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through co-sell, co-marketing, and joint account planning initiatives.

  • Act as Pelico’s ambassador within the hyperscaler ecosystem, strengthening long-term strategic relationships.

Your Impact

  • Accelerate Pelico’s revenue growth by unlocking hyperscaler ecosystems and co-sell motions.

  • Position Pelico as a reference solution for supply chain orchestration within discrete manufacturing industries.

  • Increase pipeline quality and volume through structured partner-led opportunities.

  • Strengthen Pelico’s credibility and visibility among hyperscaler field teams, solution architects, and industry leaders.

  • Enable internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to effectively leverage hyperscaler programs and incentives.

  • Direct ownership of strategic partnerships with global hyperscalers shaping Pelico’s long-term growth.

  • High exposure across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.

  • Opportunity to influence Pelico’s positioning within the global cloud and manufacturing ecosystem.

  • Combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-growing SaaS scale-up.

  • Key role in establishing Pelico as a strategic ISV partner for hyperscalers.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of hyperscaler go-to-market models (AWS, Azure, GCP), including co-sell, marketplace, and funding programs.

  • Proven experience driving SaaS revenue through partner ecosystems.

  • Solid background in business development: pipeline generation, deal structuring, and negotiation.

  • Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain challenges (inventory optimization, production agility, disruption management).

  • Strategic relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate value propositions.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success).

  • Results-driven mindset with resilience in fast-paced, scaling environments.
