##Responsibilities

Partoo opened Italy 18 months ago. We operate from our offices in Barcelona. In 2020, we want to reach 1M€ of additional revenues in Italy (6 x times more than in 2019). For that, we need to be surrounded by the best Sales: those who are used to close complex deals, speaking with C level, working with sales methodologies like MEDDIC. But we are not only looking for a Sales person, we are also looking for someone who is going to help its colleagues to be better sales and close deals.

##Missions :

• Identify new potential clients

  • Organise meetings & presentations
  • Travel in Italy when needed
  • Reach more than 350K€ of revenues in a year
  • Help us implement MEDDIC in Italy
  • Help others sales people in the team (when needed) to close deals, organise their pipeline and master their sales cycle
  • Manage complex and long sales cycles with several interlocutors
  • Signing important deals (40K€ - 150K€ per year) and transmit the project to our Customer Success team

###You will work with

Mirko : Country Manager
After opening Italy for Monster and Viadeo, Mirko arrived at Partoo in April 2018 to open Italy. In 2019, he recruited a team of 3 sales and 1 SDR to help him develop the country.

Paride : Sales
Paride used to work with Mirko at HP. He is the most experienced Sales in the Team and he managed to close the fatest deal ever at Partoo in less than 3 weeks after he arrived !!

Pierrepaolo : Sales
Pierrepaolo joined Partoo in September 2019. He is curious, ambitious and learns really fast! After a first quarter, he is confident that Q1 2020 is going to be HIS quarter :)

Giacomo : Sales Development Representative
Giacomo is the youngest in the team. After obtaining his master’s degree in management in one of the most prestigious schools in Europe (ESCP Europe), he joined Partoo as SDR and he is in charge of taking meeting with prospects with great potential.

Fabio : Sales
After several years in consulting and finance around the world (Budapest, London, Singapore, Paris, Barcelona) Fabio joined Partoo in September 2019. He does not want to let Pierpaolo beat him next quarter :)

Works conditions
• Being part of a high growth start up (80-100% per year)
• Have a impact by helping stores use the Internet to get more clients

  • Work from our great offices in Attico in the center of Barcelona (possibility to work from our Paris offices if needed)
  • Wage between 50K€-80K€
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Various activities (lunch, sports, happy hour, seminars, etc)

Profil recherché

• Fast learner (the product changes quickly)
• Very organised
• Large experience in Entreprises Sales with complex Sales cycles and high targets
• Experience in SaaS Sales
• Autonomous
• Experience with a Sales methodology like MEDDIC
• Experience in using Salesforce
• Desire to work hard to help Partoo Italy succeed and bring our solution to as many stores as you can
• Very good English
• Italian native speaker
• Speaking French is a plus
• Having a background in marketing is a plus
