To facilitate PandaScore’s growth, we are looking for our new Head of Live Operations!

As our Head of Live Operations you will be responsible for keeping our database in sync with the real world helped by our whole team of Data Managers.

Your responsibilities will include :

Team management

• Set and review workflow processes
• Supervise scheduling based on the needs
• Prioritize and initiate database fixing project
• Monitor the Data Management activities and provide reporting and KPIs on specific topics such as cost review, event covered, database integrity, error management, etc.

Product

• Act as the main point of contact for the product team to set priorities and develop features specifications
• Contribute to the definition of the tournaments coverage based on product guidelines and available resources

People

• Onboard and train efficiently the data managers
• Foster team spirit and unity among the team and animate the community (+/- 25 freelancers)
• Work with the HR Manager to recruit the appropriate number of data managers throughout the year

Customer support

• Detect, analyse and solve client issues and incidents
• Anticipate issues before they affect the users

• Proven track record on freelancers management or having managed atypical teams
• Ability to train, coach and mentor full remote teams, spread across the globe
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience in reviewing current processes and implementing new ones
• Ability to animate a community of freelancers
• Interest in esport
