Descriptif du poste

As International Talent Acquisition Manager, (ITAM) you will join a future HR team of 10 people: 6 TAM, 1 Office Manager, 1 HRBP and 1 Head of People!
As an ambassador of our culture and values, you will have to identify the needs of the different teams and then recruit the best profiles on the market, coming from the world of transport or rather from the startup world, in France and internationally!

What does it mean to be a International TAM at OVRSEA?

As a real expert, you will be responsible for supporting our hirings managers in the structuring of international teams with the opening of our offices in the US, Asia and Europe.
As a key player in our development ambitions, you will be responsible for setting up a quality recruitment process and monitoring all recruitment actions to improve our impact.

Missions

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Define OVRSEA’s recruitment strategy and implement efficient recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with Hirings Managers to understand their needs and support them
  • Coordinate and participate in all recruitment processes, centralize feedback and provide it to candidates
  • Create and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Use all possible channels to reach the maximum number of candidates: headhunting, fairs, campus management, agencies, co-optations, etc.
  • Create the best possible candidate experience by highlighting our corporate culture
  • Recruit the best candidates for Sales, Ops and Tech positions
  • Ensure a follow-up and a good management of the recruitment KPI’s.

Employer Brand (20%)

  • Improve our brand image on Linkedin, Google, Glassdoor, AngelList…
  • Participation in the implementation of various projects with Marketing to spread our corporate culture more widely.

Profil recherché

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in international recruitment
  • Experience in a startup, in a Tech & Sales environment
  • People centric ❤️
  • Rigor and organization needed
  • Fluid and effective communication at all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English
