Ornikar’s team dedicates its mission to transform the overall car mobility experience for drivers around the world. We are developing innovative solutions that bring us closer everyday to becoming the global leader in road safety: from learning how to drive, to ensuring your car, we create a positive and empowering experience for all drivers in France, in Spain, and shortly further beyond!

We started this incredible odyssey in France in 2013, triggering the transformation of this traditional and dusty industry. It was a relentless fight against countless obstacles over the years to be able to carry out our activities: our deep-rooted values of ambition and humility stem from this journey.

An initial round of funding of €10 million in 2018, followed by a €35 million round in 2019 and a €100 million raise in 2021 allow us to ramp up our offers and expand our teams internationally.

About the team 🦸

Designed to support Ornikar-Onroad's growth, the People team is scaling too!

Everybody joined between 2019 and 2021, we are now 11 people between France and Spain, and we are organised in three squads:

Talent Acquisition is on a mission is to bring the best candidates to Ornikar,

People Experience aims to deliver our Employee Value Proposition through policy design and implementation, on and off boarding, teams' development, talent management...),

People Growth empowers Ornikar’s people through performance cycles and development programs, and also builds our HR stack.

We are looking for a  🌋

An experienced Business Partner to work with our managers from the Product Tech Data and Marketing departments, and assist them on their change management, team structuration, recruitment, on boarding, policies implementation… 

  

What you will do 🛠

  • Act as Account Manager for your clients, and serve as a first point of contact for business issues,
  • Understand and serve your clients' needs - to do so, you'll meet with them regularly and can also be included to your client groups strategic instances to contribute to decision-making that will eventually impact talent,
  • Collaborate with other People Squads to influence and support execution of People projects, policies and tools
  • Be the voice of your client for People programs and processes
  • Please note that in order to achieve their objectives, our People Business Partners have as little operational responsibilities as possible - they coordinate operations handled by dedicated Experts such as Talent Acquisition Squad members, People Experience (payroll, admin, contracts…) or People Growth.

    What we expect you to work on :

    By meeting regularly (bi-monthly or more) with your internal clients, you'll bring your expertise on:

    Talent Acquisition

  • Support your clients in defining their hiring needs
  • People Experience

  • Appreciate your clients' teams e-NPS and engagement drivers such as autonomy, accomplishment, freedom of opinion, strategy, goal setting, recognition…) to address issues, notably share results with their clients and work on action plans
  • People Growth

  • Provide guidance on your clients' learning needs and coordinate People Growth efforts towards your clients
  • Guide managers and team members with their talent management/career situation, follow up with our Talent Reviews’ outcomes
  • Coach your clients to grow as managers

    This is a strategic role in the People team, working with all three squads (Talent Acquisition, People XP and People Growth) to deliver great value to our Core Central functions (Product Tech Data and Marketing).

    -If you've got a proven track record in assisting similar client groups (especially Tech/Product) in their growth and scale efforts

    -if you managed crucial HR projects such as HRIS implementation, design new policies, international expansion or even M&A

    -if you are recognized as a strategic asset for your clients in your current organization, bringing critical thinking, analysis and coaching to help them tackle their issues
