Descriptif du poste

As part of the Ops Team, you will be involved in :

Agents acquisition

  • Understand market conditions, trends, develop a strategy for finding potential agents (job opening, targeting & sourcing methods, assessment, closing) and ensure that there are enough qualified candidates in the funnel. 

  • Create an excellent candidate experience (processing of applications within 2 days).

  • Improve the qualification and quality of agents : you’ll be in charge of pitching the Onepilot missions, vision and what will be expected as being agents.

Reporting and analytics

  • Identify, monitor and regularly report key metrics (including KPIs and ROI) for your number of candidates, sourcing platforms and productivity tools.

  • Use data to analyze and optimize selection processes.

  • Identify new tools and technology to improve agent acquisition and operations.

Agents retention

  • Obtain business and agents feedback on their journey at Onepilot and identify improvement opportunities.

  • Create a smooth communication between agents and the different stakeholders.

Ad hoc projects

  • Participate in projects to improve agents efficiency in collaboration with internal teams (Tech, Product, Ops etc).

  • Participate in scale-up of workforce for large customers onboardings.

Profil recherché

  • Proficiency in Operations, Supply Management or Talent Acquisition Management softwares / applicant tracking systems improvement.

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving goals and tackling new challenges.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and research skills.

  • Strong team player and confirmed problem solver.

  • Willingness to get hands-on when required.

  • Fluent in French and English is necessary, a third language is highly appreciated.

Déroulement des entretiens

👉 First call with Sarah or Kenza (HR team) to discuss the role & your motivation.

👉 Case study (take approximately 1h to prepare) to prepare and discuss with Victorien our Supply and Project Manager.

👉 Final Interview with Lucas our COO and Brigite our Ops Director.
