We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at OCUS. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating leads and qualifying prospects for our sales team.
Research and Identify potential leads and assess the fit with our target market
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities
Engage sales executives in the next steps with interested prospects
Qualify leads based on their needs, budget and authority to make purchasing decisions
Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Participate in the Go-to-Market strategy by tracking key metrics about lead conversion, and sharing most recurrent client needs with the product team.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach campaigns
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification
What you will bring along
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English
Ability to cold call and handle objections effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and goals
Familiarity with sales methodology, especially BANT, and MEDDPIC is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
