Profil recherché

Your mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at OCUS. The SDR will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating leads and qualifying prospects for our sales team.

  • Research and Identify potential leads and assess the fit with our target market

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities

  • Engage sales executives in the next steps with interested prospects

  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget and authority to make purchasing decisions

  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

  • Participate in the Go-to-Market strategy by tracking key metrics about lead conversion, and sharing most recurrent client needs with the product team.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective outreach campaigns

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification

What you will bring along

  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English

  • Ability to cold call and handle objections effectively

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets and goals

  • Familiarity with sales methodology, especially BANT, and MEDDPIC is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred

  • Interview 1: Deep dive into your experience.

  • Interview 2: Technical questions and/or business case.

  • Interview 3: Final interview with the CEO and Team members
