Your mission
The main problem you will own is…
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team at OCUS. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by generating & closing new leads
Oversee and develop a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
ensure client satisfaction: developing strategic long-term relationships and establishing credibility with clients to meet/exceed sales targets. In charge of reporting key account metrics during regular clients meetings, QBRs, and contract renewals.
provide accurate booking forecast: managing opportunity pipeline
grow revenue: identifying new business opportunities, upsell or cross-sell
develop an influencer network within the customer organization
build compelling business cases: developing an intimate understanding of your portfolio’s strategy (market position, finances, products and org structure)
manage complex global account: proactively identifying key issues and solving problems
Contribute to product roadmap: delivering client feedback on the OCUS product to ensure continuous improvement
Negotiate and close qualified leads
Lead business terms negotiations: negotiating prices, commitment, contract duration, SLAs, Fees, Payment terms, API integration, exclusivity
Close deals: following contract validation process, working closely with G&A to review MSA and SOW
