Your day at NTT DATA

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our strategic partnership with Dell Technologies. This role is pivotal in driving joint go-to-market initiatives and expanding our market presence through collaborative efforts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with Dell Technologies to identify and capitalize on joint business opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Work closely with Dell Technologies to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies that align with both companies' objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through joint initiatives with Dell Technologies, leveraging both companies' strengths.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote joint solutions and drive sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of joint initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and making adjustments as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders within both organizations to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of joint strategies.
  • Quarterly Performance Dashboard: Develop and maintain a quarterly performance dashboard to support the business plan revenue goal and KPI attainment, providing clear visibility into progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and partnership management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving business growth.
