About the Position

As Partnerships and Business development Officer, and under the supervision of the Head of Sales and Development, you will be responsible for two main subjects:

  1. By promoting Nickel to public institutions, social players, associations and NGOs, brands, fintechs or banks, and for designing and implementing operational partnerships to contribute to help acquire our customers.
  2. Business development by treating and preparing the data to give insides on our KPIs to the teams.

To this end, your main missions will be:

Partnerships and projects management

  • Mapping and prioritizing potential partners for Nickel's commercial development.
  • Audit of existing schemes and proposal for a strategy to develop partnerships between Nickel and the social and financial sectors.
  • Maintaining relationships and developing new partnerships.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners.
  • Identifying, negotiating and setting up new partnerships through prospection (conferences, emails and telephone).
  • Responsibility for communication with partners and participation in events, conferences or fairs.
  • Project management for setting up partnerships, particularly when these involve IT developments, marketing initiatives or other.
  • Contributing to other cross-functional projects in the Development team, such as a sociological study of Nickel customers.
  • Contact point for other BNP Paribas Group entities in Belgium concerning social actions.

Business development support

  • Supporting the teams, especially the Sales department, by becoming our data expert and providing useful KPIs and analysis.
  • Monitoring and sharing insides on the evolution of Nickel's KPIs.

Regular travel to the field is to be expected.


Profil recherché

🏅 About the Profile

  • Social skills and knowledge of social sector / financial sector.
  • Negotiation / persuasiveness and sales prospecting approach.
  • Written and oral communication skills, capacity for analysis and synthesis.
  • Project management.
  • Drive, dynamism, rigour and autonomy.
  • Fluent in Flemish and French, good level in English.
