Domaines de responsabilités

Ce rôle impliquera de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de la division Marché des Réseaux Électriques et Accessoires afin de permettre :

 

Intelligence de marché : Élaborer des analyses, des synthèses et soutenir les différentes étapes de la définition des plans de potentiel complet et de la mise en place du système de croissance, en étant impliqué dans un large éventail de sujets.

 

Analyse commerciale : Contribuer à la performance et à la transformation de la division Réseaux Électriques et Accessoires en traduisant les besoins commerciaux en solutions actionnables et processus optimisés.

 

Gestion de projet de campagne Marcom : 

Soutenir l'exécution des initiatives clés de marketing et de communication qui améliorent la visibilité, l'impact commercial et l'engagement des clients.

Context

 

In this context, Nexans has engaged in rotating its business portfolio towards electrification through targeted and selective organic growth and through both disposal and acquisition of assets, in order for the group to operate at its full potential.

 

The Power Grid & Accessories teams are in charge of transforming this business by i) defining in accordance with regions their full potential plans, ii) developing and scaling new offers/ solutions (e.g. data center, solar farms, onshore wind farms, etc.) with ambition to reach >40% of total sales by end the of the current equity story period, and iii) accelerating M&A by building a robust pipeline of qualified targets (through pre due diligences) and reaching out most promising prospects

 

Nexans is looking to recruit 1 intern to grow our talent pool and reinforce the team.

Areas of responsibilities

 

This role will involve working in close collaboration with the Power Grid & Accessories Market Division teams in order to Enable:  

 

  1. Market Intelligence: Build up analyses, syntheses and support the different stages of the Power Grid & Accessories full potential plans definition and growth system set up, being involved in a broad range of topics such as:

  • Market sizing & customer full potential plans by vertical x country with offers teams & regions,
  • Prioritization of verticals, based on market attractiveness and Nexans ability to win
  • Support to Regions and BUs to create their full potential commercial plans at this granularity
  • Put in place of commercial routines between market division & regions that maximize commercial performance (e.g. #visits, opportunity size monitoring, conversion, rate, etc.)
  • Anticipation of resources needs to scale offers across Regions and BUs, as well as growth capex needs, in collaboration with Regions
  • Set up of Market intelligence basics & control watch tower, in coordination with group strategy and regions market intelligence resources, to identify early risks & opportunities

  1.  Business Analysis: Contribute to the performance and transformation of the Power Grid & Accessories division by translating business needs into actionable solutions and optimized processes, through:

  • Collecting and structuring business requirements from key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT
  • Analyzing business data and performance indicators to uncover insights and support decision-making
  • Documenting current processes and designing improved future-state models aligned with strategic priorities
  • Supporting the design and implementation of technical/process solutions in close coordination with IT and business teams
  • Participating in testing and validation phases to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver expected outcomes
  • Identifying and recommending continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience

 

  1. Marcom Campaign Project Management: Support the execution of key marketing and communication initiatives that enhance visibility, business impact, and customer engagement, by:

 

  • Coordinating end-to-end delivery of marketing and communication campaigns (internal & external), including asset development, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Supporting the management of creative briefs, content localization, and production with agencies, regional teams, and central functions
  • Assisting in campaign performance tracking and reporting (KPIs, engagement, feedback), and contributing to continuous improvement of marketing operations
