As A Customer Success Manager, you will support the roll-out / expansion of our Enterprise contract worldwide.
Your tasks will include:
Onboard and maintain Enterprise portals
Coordinate SDR and Marketing actions
Ensure HubSpot is Fully Updated for Each Framework Contract.
Organize Webinars / Client Office Visits
Organize Educational Tours for users
Coordinate Multi-Country Deployment with Local Buyers in each Country
Coordinate and ensure data analytics are delivered to clients
Produce and Analyze Deployment Statistics (with BI support)
Coordinate Cybersecurity Topics (with Tech team):
Onboard and Support Procurement Directors on their Control tower
Organization:
This position reports to Véronique Delasalle, who is our Director of signed Key Accounts
KPIs / North Star Metrics:
Number of registered users on the platform
Incoming volume of events
Must:
Speak fluently French and English minimum. A third language is a real +
Have experience either in the Event / hospitality world, either in Customer Success management (and ideally both)
Be based in Paris, with a taste for international travels (France, UK, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Canada, USA)
4 rounds:
First ITW with Véronique: get to know each other, assess relevance
2nd round with Véronique or Maxime: business case
3rd round: culture fit with 5 team members
4th round: validation of ExCom member
