MEETING YOUR TEAM

In this role, you will be a key element of the Publishing team and will be working on identifying opportunities, developing synergistic value propositions to collaborate with external studios, and formalizing the interactions into contractual agreements. We are therefore looking for someone with interest in strategysales, and business development.

You will be responsible for Business Development efforts to help us tackle our main challenge: build the largest ecosystem of creative apps dedicated to hundreds of millions of users.

MEETING YOUR FUTURE JOB

With the Publishing team, your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Build and develop strategic insights, identify opportunities and provide structured reporting on market performance,
  • Identify growth opportunities, source relevant targets, and take ownership of the business development efforts,
  • Settle, track & monitor discussions with all the potential partners to bring qualified leads down the funnel,
  • Lead discussions and negotiations with targets, convincing partners about the solidity and relevance of our project,
  • Negotiate the best deals for MWM with C-Level or Founders of successful app-companies,
  • Coordinate with MWM internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding/integration for external studios during the initial phase of the partnership, and proactively refine internal processes as needed,
  • Provide management teams with detailed sales reports and market analysis,
  • Develop and coordinate the best sales propositions & practices for interactions with our partners,
  • The most important part, be innovative! :)


    ABOUT YOU:

    • Past experiences or internships in Sales, Business Development, or Strategy,
    • Organized & methodical: you are able to handle several projects at the same time, and take ownership of your work,
    • Great communication skills: you love learning and helping people, and know how to get others excited to work with you. You're also used to dealing with decision makers, founders, and C-level executives,
    • Great analytical skills and experience in handling large amounts of data,
    • Proactive & autonomous: you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do,
    • Motivated & driven: you succeed in working in fast-pace environments and you are excited to join an innovative startup,
    • Genuine interest and passion for mobile apps & games,
    • You speak English fluently. Knowledge in French is appreciated (position based in Paris).


    Even better if you have:

    • Previous working experience in a startup environment,
    • Solid knowledge of the mobile industry, key trends & features, platform specific behaviors and best practices,
    • Any experience with CRMs is a plus.
