Job Description

 

Technical Helpdesk Agent

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Rome, hybrid

Internship

 

Are you an automotive fan? Do you enjoy providing the best solutions for customers? MSXI has the job for you!

 

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Helpdesk Agent to join our team in Rome.

The Role

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

  • Provide diagnostic support
  • Analyze and understand technical issues and provide relevant recommendations
  • Offer explanations and insights on diagnostic procedures and the technical literature published by the Client
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
  • Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction

Profil recherché

About you 

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Technical Helpdesk Agent has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar, as well as: 

 

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
