Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant who will provide support to our global company’s CEO. Proactivity, time-management, problem-solving and communication at any level of the organization are the key points to succeed in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Agenda management in a proactive and efficient manner, anticipating needs and providing high-level, tailored administrative support;
  • Execute requests related to agenda, appointments, and various operational activities, understanding business priorities and processes;
  • Takes care of a hectic calendar of appointments: schedule meetings, business trips itineraries, minutes and follow ups as required;
  • Collect relevant information for documents and reports; produce documents, briefings, reports and presentations as per needs;
  • Lead and seamlessly coordinate internal and external communication plans and campaigns.

Profil recherché

  • Up to 5 years’ experience in the same role;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proven organizational skills;
  • Able to prioritize and show thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks;
  • Familiar with and thoughtful in handling confidential information at all levels;
  • Excellent command of English, along with excellent verbal, and written skills;
  • Savvy in Microsoft Office (all included) and usage of mobile devices.
