Our Business Operations team is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our project.

By joining Mooncard’s Business Operations team, you will have the critical role to bridge the gap between our CRM, sales, and growth marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process creation, data management, and reporting, and will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our revenue-generating activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Development and Optimization:
    • Design and implement processes to ensure smooth interaction between CRM, sales, and growth marketing teams.
    • Develop and refine workflows to enhance data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
    • Ensure daily follow-up of data, processes, and performance metrics.
  2. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain and manage data within our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure reliability and integrity.
    • Generate and distribute reports on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and other key indicators.
    • Create dashboards and automated reporting systems to provide real-time insights to business teams.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the CRM team and business teams.
    • Facilitate communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and operations departments.
    • Ensure all teams are informed and equipped with the necessary data and tools to achieve their goals.
  4. Automation and Efficiency:
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
    • Develop and manage automated workflows within the CRM to streamline operations.
    • Continuously monitor and improve automation processes to adapt to evolving business needs.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective actions and optimization strategies to enhance revenue operations.
    • Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is needed)
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with process development and optimization.
  • Proficiency in creating automated workflows and reporting systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Knack for No Code solutions to streamline and automate operations
  • Proficiency in French and English 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the financial technology or payments industry.
  • Strong experience with the Salesforce Dashboarding module
  • Project management experience.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL would be a plus
