Why do we need you?
As a project Manager, you will work directly in the Customer Care team with one simple mission: take care of our clients, support and advise them (most of them are HRDs) to ensure that moka.care is their thinking partner about Mental health!

Daily you will:

  • Build long lasting relationships with your clients
  • Define communication plans: create communication plans at the launch and throughout the partnership
  • Advise and Implement action plans with your clients to ensure moka.care remains useful and adapted to your clients needs

    • Answer all the requests of our customers including the most specific (this happens very often and we have to be creative)
    • Design customized solutions in collaboration with the product team and the coach
    • Set up and launch workshops about mental health at our clients’ sites
  • Ensure monthly follow-up of the partnership: monitor all KPIs - analysis, identification of action plans to be implemented to ensure their general satisfaction

Profil recherché

You’re the ideal person if:

  • You are a great relationship builder with high empathy and excellent written and verbal communication
  • You already have experience in project management (1 to 3 years)
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and agile
  • You are organized, proactive and service-oriented and ready to manage your own portfolio of clients
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • You graduated from a Top Business School or equivalented in Paris (Grands Boulevards)
