You will join our great People Team (~30 people), reporting to our People Ops & Benefits Manager.

Employee lifecycle management (300+ FTE)

Onboarding

  • Liaise with People Partners and the Talent Acquisition team to create a great employee experience during the preboarding step, ensuring all necessary information, communication, and documentation are shared with new joiners ahead of their start date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time

Contractual documentation

  • Formalize and manage all contractual elements throughout the employee lifecycle, including labor contracts, amendments, and certificates.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies,
  • Support regular compliance audits.

Employee’s support

  • Oversee day-to-day People Operations, responding promptly and effectively to employee requests,
  • Ensure an optimal employee experience by acting as the main point of contact for our teams, providing essential information throughout their journey at the company,
  • Follow up on leaves, ensuring records are accurate and processes are compliant with local regulations.

People process optimization, and automation

  • Contribute to HRIS automation initiatives to increase efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency across all People processes,
  • Maintain and update employee records and People information systems to ensure data accuracy.

About You

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-growing start-up,
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law & HR policy, employment regulations,
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding,
  • Experience in HRIS management.

Profile

  • Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented,
  • Efficiently manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS,
  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in People Operations and HR automation,
  • Fluent in French and English
