About the team:
You will be part of the DataDome People team, made up of 7 people who are dedicated to maintain and develop a Culture of Excellence: attracting the best talent, hiring great people, onboarding BotBusters and ensuring their support, experience, engagement, and growth during the whole employee lifecycle in our company.
The People Team is responsible for the development of an international team of 200 Botbusters ! We blend strategic HR Partnership, Care & Challenge to empower our teams to thrive.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team based in both France & the US.
In this context, you will report to our VP People.
About the Role
As a Manager, People Partnering, you will act as an advisor and coach to business leaders and managers, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. You’ll contribute to drive initiatives across performance management, organizational development and change management to foster a caring and high-performing culture according to our philosophy. You will manage the internal People Ops / People Partner team based in France and in the US, composed of three people.
In this position you will:
- HR Partnership
- Collaborate with Employees and Managers to understand business goals and align people initiatives accordingly
- Partner with VP People and management on organizational design aligned to business needs
- Roll out of (individual) Development plans with People Ops/People Partner Team
- Prepare rationales for Hiring needs, use people data and insights to support decision-making
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, surveys, KPIs) to drive actions
- Culture, Employee Experience & Engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost engagement and retention
- Monitor and maintain employee experience through surveys, feedback loops, and action plans
- Promote a feedback culture and ensure transparent HR communication across teams
- Animate and strengthen Middle-Management and Managers Community through Coachings, Trainings and Co-Development
- Performance Management & Talent Development
- Partner with teams to identify and close skills gaps
- Support internal mobilities and promotions, career path frameworks for different departments (Sales, Product, Solution & Services etc.), succession planning and leadership development
- Contribute to Performance management handling, including goal settings
- HR Programs & Compliance
- Deploy AI-powered HR processes design and implementation that drive efficiency and standardize processes (payroll etc.) globally, where appropriate
- Co-create and Help roll out company-wide HR initiatives and policies
- Participate to drive a culture of continuous improvement by making sure our People systems, tools, initiatives, processes and policies respond to business needs (HRIS etc.)
- Provide advice, ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies and investigate & support complex ER cases
- Continue to foster a fair compensation and benefits approach
What we look for…
- 5+ years in People Partnering or HR Business Partner roles, with at least 2 years managing teams
- Experience in a SaaS environment is a strong plus
- Proven success supporting distributed global teams (especially U.S. and France)
- Knowledge of HR best practices, legal frameworks and employee lifecycle for France (and US would be a real advantage)
- AI-savvy and comfortable implementing or using AI-driven tools to enhance HR processes
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Master’s or HR certification is a plus
- Fluent in English and French
