At Mindflow we believe product and tech must be one team. The product engineering team has 20 engineers and product engineers.

This job is in very close collaboration with:

• the engineering team leaders to make sure about the product vision execution

• the product engineers to define and execute the product

This is and individual contributor position. However it requires a lot of leadership. You will need to work with a lot of different people and teams.

We love flat and self organized teams, this is why we won’t open a Head of product job position. This is a job for : Thinker-Doers.

Your main goal will be to shape the overall direction and success of a product by combining market insights, customer needs, and business goals.

List of possible missions :

Product definition and roadmap

• Organize and study new features and improvements

• Shaping the product UX/UI and promote innovative design with top world user experience

• Review user documentation and tutorials

• Use Mindflow on a daily basis 😜

Product marketing strategy (PLG)

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team

• Coordinate product launches, positioning strategies, content creation, demos, community animations.

• Coordinate partnership implications across teams

• Execute the strategy (message, brand, value)

Market research

• New opportunities and trend analysis

• Competitor analysis, test, and market share

User research and customer interactions

• Attend customer success meetings, demo, present roadmap

• Identify persona and story mapping

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize user feedback

Product analytics

• Track performance of product revenue and customer satisfaction

• Track usage to feed product prioritization
