We are looking for a motivated, dynamic Finance Specialist to join us! Working directly with our Head of Finance & Administration, you will have a strategic impact as your work will directly impact COMEX decisions and team performance.

MISSIONS 💪

Reporting & analyze

• Coordinate with the accounting firm for monthly closing

• Prepare and analyze P&L and ad-hoc reports with the Head of Finance

• Handle cash reports and help to build forecasts

Finance Ops

• Sales administration supporting Customer Success and Sales Teams (referent on invoicing system, support teams in receivable collection)

• Suppliers invoicing follow-up and payment preparation

• Follow budget utilization

Cross-team projects

• Improve actual reports and develop others

• Work with the data ops to provide relevant dashboards & KPIs to teams

• Work on cross teams projects to improve processes

Aside from the Head of Finance & Administration, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all activities covered by the Finance & Legal team.

Requirements

• Positive-minded, you like to interact with people

• Fluent English to interact with our NYC team

• Good level on Excel / Google Spreadsheet

• Handle financial and accounting management

• Studies: Master’s degree with a financial major
