Descriptif du poste

The Lean Expert is responsible for putting at the heart, the voice of customers and data, the candidate will help the owners of operational processes to improve the experience they provide to the customers, suppliers and employees with main focus on improving Commitment No 1 (delivery respect to our customers).

Successful candidate will use various six sigma tools to conduct projects using value stream mapping, root cause analysis, 5 why’s and DMAIC. Always challenging the status quo, the candidate will focus its efforts on delivering a leaner process to an end user and working with a continuous improvement habit.

Lastly the candidate will be responsible for ISO audit preparation and continuous improvement practices.

Main responsibilities

- Promote the lean six sigma method and tools embedded for the benefits of operational processes
- Challenge the status quo on processes and teams, with fresh ideas
- With the help of ‘Voice of Customers’ and Data, always refine and simplify processes with the aim to have a better customer experience
- Train key stakeholders to lean best practices
- Support ISO audit reviews with departmental managers
- This will include arranging internal audits throughout the year and formal audit reviews, coordinate structure and communicate agenda
- Prepare management reviews every 3 months
- Support departmental managers to build process maps and check on progress from non-conformity issues from the audit but also on continuous improvement actions
- Assist with a roadmap for group integration in the futur

Profil recherché

Key Competencies- Fresh eyes on operational processes
- Lean skills and/or ability to learn in this field (ideally black belt six sigma certified)
- Data-driven and customer oriented
- Change management capabilities
- Presentation and negotiation skills

Location Gonesse - This position requires you to be available for regular travel within the group.
