MANGOPAY is opening a Business Ops Finance position. We are looking for a person with a proven ability to identify, prioritize, implement and scale core processes within a high-growth Finance department.As part of the Operations at MANGOPAY, you report to and partner with the Head of Business Ops to ensure alignment and adoption of processes accelerating growth. Meaning you are expected to bring your expertise and fresh eyes on day-to-day operations but not perform operational tasks in place of the finance teams. Focused on clients and business, you make sure that all the KPIs of the Revenue teams are consistent with each other. A key role dedicated to the Finance department, shaping the company for its scale-up. Your role as Business Ops Finance:

• You contribute to delivering thriving new Finance systems. Ensure data quality and adoption. Participate in the construction of ROI-oriented processes, guaranteeing the rules with our Finance department for a stable and high margin
• You identify, document, and help closing the gaps in operational efficiency. Paving the road towards successful execution of strategic initiatives (e.g. controlling model, ERP migration)
• You participate in aligning Revenue teams around the same KPIs with core processes. This promotes collaboration and responsibilities between departments. Supporting our ambition to build a comprehensive and connected PnL forecast

 Picturing your partnerships

• FP&A, Accounting, Cash Collection (of course): whereas they will remain your main focus, you will partner up with other finance teams related to our banking activity. Those teams are located in Luxembourg, so you must expect some travel to spend time “in real life” with them
• CRM: this team is part of the same team as you (Business Ops) and is in charge of the full customer journey. They master existing processes/tools and will be your reference point to ensure a transversal vision
• Data: while the Data team is in charge of the integrity and administration of our business data, on your end, you partner up to create relevant dashboards and enable decisions based on that data.
• Many other teams such as Payment Ops, Project Management, Product, Sales & CSM.

• Excellent at analyzing: You love diving into the data and performing complex analysis to identify strategy-oriented and growth levers.
• Problem solver and solution designer: You have a process-oriented mindset, solving complex problems. You can take an interest in any subject, understand the issues, and propose operational solutions quickly.
• Empathic: Understand business and team issues and position yourself as a true partner and enabler.
• Hands-on: You take initiatives, you are not afraid to do it yourself based on priorities and results.
• Leader: You are able to get people to get things done, engage teams and to move projects forward without authority. You are a collaborative, good communicator with strong listening (and writing) skills. 

Expertise and experience

• 4-8 years of experience in operations within a high-growth company or in a consulting firm.
• You are familiar with financial concepts.
• You master excel and you are comfortable with business tools (CRM, ERP, BI, EPM)
• You are able to travel to Luxembourg
