    You will integrate the Communications team within the Marketing department. Your role will be to ensure Malt's notoriety on the French market by creating content, mainly for our  freelancers audience, and manage our French social media networks (LinkedIn and Instagram).

    You will report to the Senior Communications Manager France and work closely with the Marketing and Community team.

    Key responsibilities ✨

  • You will contribute to the social media strategy on the French market and will manage our LinkedIn and Instagram pages and produce creative visuals on Canva.
  • You will participate in the creation of content for our freelance and corporate audiences
  • You will actively contribute to position the Malt France management team on high-level interventions (events like Vivatech) and help in the preparation of those speaking ops (wording, presentations, notes...)
  • You will broadcast multi-channel messages: feeding social networks, deploying press campaigns, newsletters, blog content.
  • You will monitor the market, the competition, and media trends around the subject of freelance work and the digital transformation of companies.
  • About you 🧑‍🚀

  • You are in a communications school or political science (or similar), level M1 or M2 and are looking for an apprenticeship starting September 2023 (rythm: 3 weeks / 1 week or 4 days / 1 day)
  • You already have experiences in communication 
  • You are interested in freelancing and the future of work
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skill in French on a native level, and you demonstrate editorial rigor and a spirit of synthesis.
  • You have a level B2 in English.
  • You show great intellectual curiosity and you have an appetite for the French entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • You like to argue and defend the projects that are important to you.

  • Interview with Julie (Senior Communications Manager France), to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45 minutes)
  • Home assignment to present to Julie and Victoire (our Director of Communications and Public Affairs)
  • Your profile is validated, and will welcome you in our Parisian office in September 2023
