Our Copilot offer is growing (fast 🚀) and the team with it. This is why Malou is hiring a new Team Lead who will lead Account Managers in their daily tasks and work towards optimising the overall customers’ satisfaction through operational excellence.

Your main goals:

  • Overseeing daily operational activities and build a culture of operational excellence through your team (5 to 7 Account Managers)

  • Be accountable for the overall level of satisfaction of our customers and work towards consistently optimising it

  • Improve our internal processes to serve efficiency without neglecting quality (remember, customers’ satisfaction comes first)

  • Improve Copilot’s perceived value by meeting the above goals

  • Fully embody a leader-role for your team (lead by example), which means you also get to handle clients yourself, mainly key accounts


Profil recherché

  • You have a business school master degree or equivalent education level

  • You already have 2 years+ experience in a relatable job/field

  • You have a proven leadership mindset

  • You are organised, rigorous and work towards excellence

  • The art of communication has no secrets for you and you master social networks

  • You have a proven sense of creativity

  • You have excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills which you can adapt to different profiles and level in the company

  • You have a problem solving mindset

  • You have many ideas as well as a proven strength of identifying opportunities to improve 💡

  • You are fluent in french and english

  1. Call Manager (15 min)

  2. A case study to do at home

  3. An interview with Mathieu, Head of Customer Success and Lisa, Team Lead Copilot (45min) + a second case study

  4. An interview with Louiza or Waad, the founders of Malou, and an Account Manager
