As a Sales Executive, your role is to develop and close deals with restaurant groups (up to 15 locations) through a primarily outbound sales strategy. You will work from A to Z: from lead generation and outreach to closing and handover to the onboarding team.
You will:
Own and execute the full sales cycle with major accounts (prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, closing)
Target restaurant groups from 2 to 15 locations across France, Europe and Middle East
Build outbound strategies and outreach campaigns tailored to each market
Identify strategic growth opportunities and adapt sales pitches accordingly
Collaborate with Marketing to identify the most relevant trade shows and industry events to grow Malou’s presence and generate leads
Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to improve our offer for enterprise clients
Create strong relationships with your customers to and make them the most powerful ambassador of Malou and to increase the revenue
You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or digital solutions sales, ideally selling to multi-site businesses
You’re a hunter: you love outbound and know how to identify, reach out, and close complex deals
You have a track record of closing deals (at least a track record based on 5k ARR deal sized from 1 to 6 months time closing)
You’re bilingual in English and French (Spanish is a plus!)
You are structured, autonomous, and results-driven
