Your role

As a BDR dedicated to Fashion & Luxury, your job is not to spam lists. Your job is to open the right doors.

You generate high-quality opportunities with senior decision-makers in fashion and luxury brands through precise targeting, sharp messaging and strong execution.

You sit between Sales and Marketing and own the top of the funnel. Every interaction you drive should feel relevant, informed and worth their time.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic prospecting and lead nurturing

  • Identify and prioritize high-value fashion and sportswear accounts

  • Build highly targeted outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn and CRM

  • Write sharp, personalized messages that resonate with senior profiles

  • Continuously test and optimize sequences through A/B testing and performance tracking

  • Re-engage dormant leads with smart, insight-driven touchpoints

  • Sales operations and CRM management

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads with clear criteria

  • Maintain a clean, structured and actionable CRM in HubSpot

  • Own segmentation, lead scoring and data enrichment

  • Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure tight follow-up and pipeline visibility

  • Build simple, effective reporting on pipeline performance

  • Content and thought leadership activation

  • Use Luxurynsight insights, reports and benchmarks as entry points in conversations

  • Align closely with Marketing to push the right content to the right targets

  • Turn content into real business conversations, not just downloads

  • Event activation and industry moments

  • Leverage key moments like Fashion Weeks and major fashion & sports events to trigger outreach

  • Convert event-driven interest into qualified meetings

  • Support the execution of targeted campaigns around strategic industry timings

What we are looking for:

1 to 2 years in BDR, SDR or growth roles, ideally with exposure to fashion, sports, luxury or premium brands

Perfect oral and strong skills in English are required. Good working proficiency in French is expected. Additional languages are a strong plus

Ability to research accounts and build relevant angles, not generic pitches

Comfort with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Structured, autonomous and detail-oriented

Curious about the fashion and luxury ecosystem and how brands operate

Able to interact with senior stakeholders without overcomplicating things
