Part of the procurement team, you will be reinforcing the team with your expertise and be an ally regarding the growth of the department.

Your future missions will be to :

• Negotiate with providers on any type of categories or business model (professional fees, Marketing, Tech, IT, Product…)

• Run end-to-end competitive sourcing processes (RFPs)

• Negotiate with existing suppliers to improve terms and manage renewals

• Build business cases and Total Costs of Ownership models (TCO) to improve the current way of doing things and to identify additional efficiencies

• Execute local procurement strategies directly linked to a Global Procurement department

• Enable global synergies

• Identify & manage local initiatives

• Partner with legal to ensure contracts meet business requirements as well as Swile’s legal and compliance

• Partner with Finance to ensure to capture all the data (bills & budget)

• Co-manage a P2P tool

• Procurement department was created in September 2022.. A global procurement policy has been release in 2023 and a P2P is currently deployed

• This role will report directly to the Procurement Director

• Experience with negotiating contracts with vendors and the terms

• Strong TCO modeling to define optimal cost structures

• Excellent people and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

• Have a team-player spirit, which benefits the group vs the individual

• Good written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills

• Fluent in French & English (Portugese is a plus!)
