The job :

As SEO & CRO manager, you will be responsible for managing the livi.fr website as well as supporting our other markets, ensuring an optimal experience for our users.

Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, Public Affairs: you will work closely with many other teams within the organization to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities while continuing to deliver the best possible website experience.

The position is part of the Web Growth team, a global team serving all our markets. In this role, you will also be involved in projects covering our Swedish, UK and Norwegian markets.

For this role, we’re looking for someone who is agile, curious, solutions-oriented and detail-oriented. This role will give you the opportunity to develop your skills while being empowered in a creative, data-driven working environment.

Missions :

As SEO and CRO Manager at Kry/Livi, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • French market expertise: You will be responsible for our presence in the French market, ensuring optimization, visibility and conversions on our sites.

  • SEO strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, increase traffic and generate ROI.

  • Conversion rate optimization: Analyze user behavior and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to maximize our website’s effectiveness in converting visitors into patients.

  • Keyword research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and create content that resonates with the French audience.

  • Editorial planning: with the help of the FR copywriter, establish the editorial calendar in advance and create detailed SEO briefs enabling them to create quality SEO-focused content.

  • On-page and off-page SEO: Oversee on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve site structure, content and backlink profile.

  • Analysis and reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of SEO and conversion efforts, using our data and analysis tools.

    Collaboration: Work with multiple teams, such as content creators, designers and developers, to implement SEO and optimization recommendations.

Profil recherché

  • Master Degree

  • +3 years’ experience in SEO and CRO, with a focus on the French market.

  • Proven experience in SEO and CRO.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms and tools.

  • Affinity with web analytics and A/B testing.

  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English
