Job description

Passionate about enabling people to be their best at work? If you are driven by challenges, constantly questioning the existing with a doer mindset, this opportunity is for you!Livestorm is looking for their future HR Manager to support the development of the company, improve our HR processes while following-up on our legal obligations.Directly attached to our Head of People, you will be responsible for overseeing our employee full life cycle. You will have full ownership in implementing new HR projects and processes: from the onboarding, through the talent management, until the offboarding.To do so, you will be supported by our HR Coordinator to either build or run HR projects according to the current challenges.

Missions:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:Overseeing the employee lifecycle:

  • Manage and setup all processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • Manage and challenge our remote HR processes (admin for international Stormies, policies for working abroad, company benefits…)
  • Run and improve our feedback-cycle reviews (Lattice)
  • Run the day-to-day to support and develop our Stormies

Developing and retaining our Talents:

  • Innovate by implementing new HR development initiatives (e-learning tools and policies, coaching sessions, workshops…)
  • Build and setup a smarter and more impactful Learning & Development policy
  • Closely work with our Managers to build individualized training plans or tracks for similar roles
  • Launch any relevant projects related to the engagement and growth of our Stormies and maintain our “great place to work” vision

Being the owner of company projects:

  • Be proactive on initiatives needed to be a strong and compliant company (Urssaf, taxes, legal obligations, legal watch…)
  • Setup our HR data & documentation (KPIs, dashboards, legal requirements…) to prioritize next-to-come challenges
  • Implement clearer international policies, optimize process, implement new tools, and easily lead change

Managing a team (1 junior profile):

  • Make them autonomous on all hands-on topics
  • Give them ownership on the entire payroll process (Payfit, Deel, Gusto)
  • Train and coach them into realizing their full potential

Preferred experience

For this HR Manager role, we are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, as HR Manager, People Manager, HR Project Manager in a startup or fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in an international environment is essential. You are fluent in both French and English.
  • Expert in the payroll process requirements, on compliance, and on HR admin (contracts, amendments, severance, litigation…)
  • Good knowledge of the labor law is a plus (french and international)
  • Eager to manage punctual complex projects (compliance, HRIS…)
  • Hands-on with a great capacity to prioritize and build OKRs for your team
  • Project and change management skills seen as a great opportunity to grow.
